Mosquito coils are only for mosquitoes!

Man, the other day I left my window open for just a couple of hours,
and by lunch time, there was one damned mosquito biting me like crazy.

Today I wanted to leave the window to my bedroom open again, so I did,
but I also left a mosquito coil burning. After a while, when I came
back in to my bedroom, there was a giantic hornet hovering in my room!

Somebody should invent an all-insect repellent coil.

In my apartment I can watch the Australian TV channel "ABC Asia
Pacific". One of my favorite programs in this channel is a science
program for children called "Y". It's quite fun and relaxing, and
even though it's for children I learn stuff from it.

One of its sequences is conducted by a blond guy named David Lampard.
He's usually presenting experiments, he seems to be a very lively and
fun guy.

Well, this guy in Y appears with blond hair, but another day I was
watching a different program on the same channel, and suddendly they
were talking about scientific experiments... and David showed up in
this second program... but this time around he had black hair!!!

Dude, you don't need that. Whatever the natural color of your hair
is, leave it like that!

US flypast bomber flew over wrong airfield

Gee, imagine if this bomber got lost and flew over the wrong airfield for the airshow... it wouldn't be too difficult to imagine that amongst the perhaps hundreds of bomber missions flown over Iraq, Afghanistan, and so on, there might've been a few that also flew over the wrong place, and even dropped their bombs there, right?

And if such a thing had happened, the US goverment would've acknowledged the error, of course... because they're really decent guys and admit their mistakes when something like that happens.

Friendship with the worker bringing worse service?

I can't believe it... Yesterday I went down to my apartment building's gym, and found that the sauna wasn't hot. I wanted to use it, so I found one of the gym workers who is usually very friendly with me.

He was in the middle of a ping pong game, but I asked him. He told me to find the other worker, but she wasn't anywhere to be seen.

What's this kind of service? So if he becomes your friend, then he feels more in freedom of giving worse service?

Wow, just this morning I discovered the web browser called "Mozilla Firefox", and I already love it! Firefox rocks! Forget about Internet Explorer and all of its patches. Firefox is so flexible and beautiful!

Yeah, where did all those hotdogs go? I think the plate in the picture quite possibly has around 53 hotdogs on it. How can you put all that in this guy's stomach?

Well, I won't repeat what you can read in the newspapers about the
film, but it's a really really good film.
