CIA kept info about Iraqi weapons from Bush

Is this true or is this a plot to cover Bush's ass? Whatever the case, there're no weapons, and certainly the war is not to defend the human rights of the Iraqis either.

American tax payers are going to be spending their precious tax dollars, and American soldiers are going to be risking their lives for the good of the Iraqi people just because they're all nice guys? Pleeease, give me a break!
