Oh man, it seems that next week I'll have to cross the border to do my work visa paperwork. Not that I don't want to have my papers in rule, nor that I didn't know I'd eventually have to do this. But since I already payed for a tourist visa, I thought I could delay this process until the expiration of my current visa. Not possible cause the person who's helping me will leave the country herself for a long period, so it's now or who knows when!

Huh oh, I hate going to that border city. It's really shitty. No matter how much the Lonely Planet book praises it, I saw all the interesting things in one afternoon, and I went by foot! Perhaps this time I'll try going to the 'traditional sauna'. It's hot as hell outside already, but since I don't think there'll be anything else to do...

Anyway, two days ago my brother said he'd call me next day, and it didn't happen. Today, it didn't happen either. You might be wondering if I want to talk to him, why don't I call him... it's because he's the one who's the busy and important guy. I talk to him when he's not busy, and only he knows when he's not busy. So I just wait for the grace of his attention.

Changing to something more pleasurable, tonight I'll meet a good friend I hadn't seen for nearly one year now. This is a surprise meeting as he didn't know I was in this country, and I didn't know he was here either. He'll stay in my place for a couple of nights until going back to his country. I hope he doesn't mind sleeping in the same room as a naked guy. He's a good friend, and I don't have anything to hide from him.

Now I sleep naked because it's more comfortable but I remember a long time ago when I didn't use to, and went to some camp (not camping) with a lot of people from different countries. We were about four guys from different places in the same bedroom, and the Australian guy got totally naked in front of us right before going into bed. For him it was natural, but the other guys were stunned. That was funny.

Geez, I thought I'd get laid today, but looks like it won't happen. So, again I shaved my balls for nothing!

I got some fun today with the microcontroller I want to learn how to master. But too bad I got used to Python. With Python everything is easy. Now for the microcontroller I need to undust my C skills. How annoying to have to do things the hard way. I think I'd give a Nobel Prize to whomever makes this thing work with Python.

Looking forward for my laptop! When it finally comes I will be able to keep on working/playing with the microcontroller way past 5:00 pm and even on weekends!

But today, no laptop, so no programming after leaving the office. Guess I'll have to make do with TV. It's a bummer not to be able to talk the local language. Anyway... I hope the BBC news are more interesting today than yesterday.

Stupid mistake on my side. Since nobody knows who really am I, I'll shamelessly confess the idiotic mistake: I had plugged the thing incorrectly.

The converter cable does work on my desktop. I offer my apologies to the people of the Republic of Taiwan. Now let's pray that it also works in my laptop... people say that sometimes it works with the desktop, but not with the laptop. Either way, the cable manufacturers did their job, period.

Funny... my nipples are very sensitive today even though I didn't smoke anything.

This totally sucks. Yesterday I went to buy a USB/RS232 converter for my future laptop computer cause it won't come with a serial port. Today I test the converter in my desktop (which does have a serial port), and not only does the converter not work... now the desktop's built-in serial port doesn't work either.

I don't understand how can one have affected the other. I have even uninstalled the converter's device driver, rebooted the computer, and still doesn't work.

I need to either sue the Taiwanese who made this freaking cable or get a joint, or get laid, or all of the above.

Well well, I have never done this blog thing before. I just upgraded the Google toolbar and found this Blogger thing and thought I might give it a try.

I guess the moment to start this is propicious cause last night I also did something else worth remembering. I got laid while high... man oh man oh man. I don't know if there're children around, so I'll leave the kinky things out.
