Unfit
Over the last few months I've been walking to and from office, which takes about 20 minutes each way. I thought that was good exercise. But this past week I happened to go to the driving range twice to meet some friends. I don't have my golf clubs here, so I don't go to those places. But since I was there with them, they let me make some swings, and man, the following day, after both days, I've been so tired I overslept.
At least I was able to confirm I haven't forgotten how to do my swing.
