Music & flowers for Condi

I remember that before the Iraq war would start, some nut in the Bush administration was deluding that US soldiers were going to be welcomed with music and flowers.  Three and a half years later, this morning I saw in the news that Condi had arrived in Baghdad in a surprise visit.  When she got off the plane, she was wearing a bullet-proof vest.  Music and flowers?  Oh yeah, Condi, way to go!
