Is that the way people do it here?

Today I was at the supermarket choosing one toothpaste... there were so many of them.  I saw one that was labeled in English as well as the local language.  It said in the use instructions that people should brush twice a day or after each meal.

I wonder, does that mean that people here only eat twice a day or what?  Maybe that's their secret to stay slim.  It's not very common to see fat people on the street.
