Russian weather forecasters face fines over wrong information

This is a wonderful idea! At last, public people being made responsible for their own wrong declarations!

How I wish some of my managers would also be made responsible for their actions! Some people no matter how much they fuck up, they never have to face any consequence to their own deeds.
