Scientist says chocolate makes happy babies

Ha! I don't need a scientific study to know that. I know chocolate makes people happy, it always works like a charm!

However, this sample of English grammar puzzles me: So, having said that, for sure if somebody's pregnant (and eats chocolate), she'll have maybe a happier baby.

Is it "for sure" or "maybe" after all?
