The Pope has finally died in peace...

I wonder how come the Pope chose to die in peace in his apartment without having to go to Federal court, nor being connected forever to machines that would keep him alive artificially. Because I heard in the news that his heart and his kidneys were failing... and for heart functionality, you can use one of those pumps they have in operating theatres; and for kidney replacement, you have dialisys machines, right?

Huh, if he had wanted, he could've been kept alive at least 20 more years I guess. The Vatican and all the Catholics of the world would've happily footed the bill. And about his Parkinson's Desease? I guess that even after his nervous system is impaired for the most part, he can still be kept alive like Terri Schiavo was, can't he?

But still, he chose to die quietly and peacefully at home.

What does that tell to the Schindlers?
