Legislation Proposal: Bill targets fronts for prostitution

Ha! I think this doesn't have anything to do with complying with the law nor any health concerns. It probably is that the Health Ministry officials want their slice of the bribes that are obviously being paid for this business to keep running. What, do you think this industry is going to shut down or something because of this new law?
